Ganesh Bug
Specs and Design Notes

Nicknamed during prototyping for it’s elephantine resemblance to the Hindu Ganesh. When we found out that Ganesh is the bringer of success and the remover of obstacles, the name just stuck.

The Ganesh bug has a good sized profile and lots of action. It works very well in heavy cover as well as open water. Texas rigged or on a jig, hop it, crawl it, swim it, crank it,  flip it, or Carolina rig it, the Ganesh Bug  gives you a lot of options. The front claws can be split two ways to give you different action curly tails. The side paddles can also be split to give more waggle. The front claws can be removed to create a short fat target ideal for bed fishing or punching grass.

The Ganesh Bug is designed to be the most fishable creature bait made. Establishing a rhythm is very important to getting in the zone and fishing your best. The unique hook pocket keeps the bait amazingly weedless, so you can spend more time with the bait in the water, and you can stay in your zone.

The Ganesh Bug is a perfect choice when you want to target bigger fish feeding on crawdads or sunfish. We recommend a 4/0 or 5/0 wide gap or offset round-bend hook. We also recommend the use of a Parasite Clip. Give this bait a try and I think you will come to rely on it as much as we have.
